This website is provided by the State Health Planning and Development Agency (“SHPDA”) as a public service and convenience to the public.  At present, this site is intended to provide access to filings made on or after 7/1/2016.  Filings prior to this date will be added when possible.  This site is also intended to allow applicants and interested parties to file documents related to CON filings initially filed on or after 7/1/2016.  ALL INFORMATION ON THIS SITE IS INTENDED TO BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE AND TIMELY; HOWEVER, SHPDA DOES NOT WARRANT, EXPRESSLY OR BY IMPLICATION, THE ACCURACY OF THE INFORMATION CONTAINED HEREIN NOR IS IT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS.  Any commercial use of data obtained through the use of this site is strictly prohibited.  SHPDA shall not be held liable for the use or misuse of any of the information obtained from this website.

All electronic filings (e-filing), including but not limited to any filings made through this site, shall comply with Ala. Admin. r 410-1-3-.09 Electronic Filing,  and shall have the same effect as a paper filing.  Changes to Ala. Admin. r 410-1-3-.09 Electronic Filing have recently been enacted.  Filings made pursuant to current electronic filing regulations are requested to also be filed utilizing this system.  Dual electronic filing will assist in better implementation of the enhanced filing system.

Please note that this system is for CON Applications and related filings, not for Mandatory Reports as defined in Ala. Admin. r 410-1-3-.12.  Mandatory reports are to be e-mailed to data.submit@shpda.alabama.gov.
